Rajapaksha, Lashika

Lashika Rajapaksha is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics. She joined Concord University in the Fall 2023 after completing her Ph.D. in Mathematics at the University of Texas at Dallas, where her research focused on Optimal Control Theory.

Before this, she gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant and Temporary Lecturer at the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka as well as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Dallas.

Apart from her academic and teaching responsibilities, she enjoys playing chess, hiking, and reading.
