Puckett, Tracy

Tracy Puckett was a music educator in the public-school system prior to beginning her work with GEAR UP SWV. Working almost 20 years in public education allowed her to bring the knowledge of working with youth, their families, and the community to the team. Being a first-generation college student and having grown up in southern West Virginia, Tracy realizes the challenges that our youth and their families encounter as they begin to think about their post-secondary education. 

Currently living in Mercer County, Tracy is the mother of twin daughters who are attending Marshall University. In her free time, she enjoys reading.
