Biography

Amanda Nichols is an Assistant Professor of Nursing. She obtained her Associate of Science in Nursing from Bluefield State College and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Virginia University. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing through Walden University with an anticipated graduation of November 2022. Amanda is a Registered Nurse and has been employed at Princeton Community Hospital since 2015. Her experience includes critical care, progressive care, hospice, and adjunct clinical instructor. She is passionate about education and believes she can make the greatest impact on the community and improve the quality of healthcare through providing education to the future healthcare professionals.

In her downtime, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, being active in her church, reading, and running.
