Biography
Dr. Robbin Durham, DSW, LICSW. is an Assistant Professor of Social Work for the MSW program at Concord University. Robbin has been a Licensed Social Worker since 1990, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker since 1995 and is Board Certified in Clinical Social Work. Robbin started her career providing outpatient therapy in various settings including community mental health, school-based health, private psychiatric clinics, and integrated behavioral health through a Federally Qualified Health Center before starting full-time with the MSW program. Robbin’s prior teaching experience included being an adjunct professor for the BSW program through Concord and for the MSW program through West Virginia University. Her interest in clinical social work supervision in West Virginia resulted in the development of a statewide supervision training model that is endorsed by the West Virginia Board of Social Work. She has also developed statewide training programs for social workers. Robbin is passionate about preparing the next generation of social workers, particularly in the field of mental health. Robbin is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and has served as a regional representative and president.
