CONCORD NURSING DEPARTMENT TO HOST ‘MEET AND GREET’ AND FACILITY TOURS
ATHENS, WV – The Concord University Nursing Department will be hosting a ‘Meet and Greet’ event to introduce Concord’s newest department, and provide an opportunity for students to meet potential employers. The event will take place in the lobby of the Alexander Fine Arts Center on Thursday, November 16, 2023 from 10 AM to 1 PM, with a tour of the facilities beginning at 1 PM. Refreshments will be served.
All Concord students will have the opportunity to meet the Nursing faculty and staff, learn more about the Nursing curriculum, and meet potential employers in the medical field. The event will be attended by representatives from Beckley VA Medical Center, Charleston Area Medical Center, Fresenius Kidney Care, Raleigh General Hospital, and United States Air Force Nursing Recruiters. Others will be available virtually, such as Atrium Health.
