Howard, Sally
Biography
Sally Howard is a Professor of Political Science and Chair of the Department of Social Sciences at Concord University, where she has taught since 2003. She earned her Doctorate in Political Science from the University of Houston, her Masters Degree in Political Science from Rice University, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Houston. She is a member of the board of Friends of West Virginia Public Broadcasting.
